At Safe Central, we are committed to providing high-quality safes and security products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. Below is our returns policy which outlines how we handle returns and issues.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we are here to help! Please contact us immediately if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during delivery. We will work with you to inspect the issue and, if confirmed, we will either repair the defect or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

No Returns on Change of Mind

Due to the nature and use of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice. We encourage our customers to review their order and make sure the products meet their needs before purchasing.

Incorrect Choice

If you have made an incorrect purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot accept a return for incorrect choice, we are dedicated to helping you find the right solution. We may offer to exchange the item or provide store credit. Please note that restocking fees, shipping costs, and other charges may apply.

Return Process

To initiate a return or report an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@safecentral.net.au with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. If applicable, we will arrange an inspection to confirm the defect.
  3. Once confirmed, we will organize a repair, replacement, or exchange.
  4. For approved returns or exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • All returns are subject to Safe Central’s approval and must comply with our returns policy.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item, unless due to defect or damage, will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
