1. Collection from Safe Central Distribution Warehouse

For those who prefer the convenience of picking up their safes in person, our distribution warehouse in Wangara, Perth's northern suburbs, is open on weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our professional team will provide assistance and support during collection, and forklift loading facilities are available for your convenience.


2. National Dealer Connect and Collect

If you're located away from our distribution warehouse, we offer a coordinated in-store collection from one of our trusted, safe retailers conveniently located around Australia. The product experts at the retailer will ensure you receive education and demonstrations of relevant features and functions to confidently complete a DIY-safe installation.


3. Standard National Delivery

Our standard national delivery service ensures that your approved address within Australia receives the safe promptly using a standard freight vehicle. Please note that the customer is responsible for providing unloading facilities at the delivery location.


4. Kerbside Delivery

For added convenience, our kerbside delivery option includes safe delivery to approved addresses within Australia using a tail lift-equipped freight vehicle to unload the safe to the ground. However, this option does not include the relocation of the safe inside or around the property.


5. Complete Professional Delivery and Installation

For our customers in metro areas, we offer a comprehensive delivery and installation service conducted by police-licensed safe specialists. This service includes seamless installation into concrete or timber structures, full product demonstration, and user setup assistance, ensuring your safe is ready for immediate use.


6. Customised Delivery and Installation

We understand that some installations require special attention due to extraordinary applications, regional locations, or unique access requirements. Our customised delivery and installation service is designed to address these needs, including situations with stairs or multi-point fixing requirements.
